InTouch uses a powerful Case Reporting System (CRS) as part of our standard service delivery. The CRS is a secure web portal that enables organisations to access individual cases, send InTouch responses for employees, make notes against cases and access MI 24/7.
Personal notes can also be written against individual cases which can help our clients monitor the progress of investigations.
Key information about whistleblowing cases can be downloaded including individual cases plus statistical, real-time data reports.
Security is maintained through the use of role-based access control that restricts the level of information available according to the authorisation levels of individual users.
